Hey everyone!

I know that there have been zero updates in an unacceptable amount of time, but alas, I have been working on the site. I've got a new layout and a new server picked out. I'll be posting some articles to fill out many of the empty sections. Expect the move within a few days, and expect the articles in the following weeks after that.

To those who still visit regularly: Thanks! Your continued support allows PsiOnline to be a small but strong community that will continue to provide excellent psychic education for years to come.

To those who might be new: Please excuse the dust. PsiOnline has had some rough times, but the staff, community, and I are committed to bringing you the best possible tools to help you in your psychic practices. The new site should be a really good thing for everyone!

I fixed a bug in the layout that caused the "Home" link to go to somewhere other than psionline.org. It was really annoying.

I also fixed a bug in my mailto link. It now points to ...@gmail.com instead of @gmial.com. Whoopsy! No wonder nobody caught it, they couldn't e-mail me : P

Articles are still on the way, as mentioned in the last news post. You can check out what I listed in that post, by looking at the right hand navigation and looking for the other post in March.

I know its been a long long time since I've posted any news, but college is a busy time! I'm on spring break currently (spring, haha...) so I will be making some updates. Here's what I have in store:

A new psiball article to replace the old one. The old one has some dangerous misconceptions and things in it that should have been addressed long ago.

An introduction article on Skill Integration. This one has been long overdue, seeing as that SI is the main goal in this site.

A small article/tutorial on proper compression techniques. Making your constructs smaller requires some care. Think of it as a .zip file (or .tar.bz2, for you UNIX people).

An philosophy based article about the ethics of telepathic suggestion.

The PAP will finally be up.

If I have some time, I plan on replaceing the utterly useless and defunct "All Articles" page with something more useful. Namely a completely structured lesson plan complete with virtual courses that are made of sets of articles. This is for those people that feel they need guidance in how to progress their studies.

I also plan on putting up the old pictures. They've been gone for like what, 2 years now?

And on a final note, there is a big possibility that I will be selling my HP laptop and acquiring a macbook.

I wanted to wish everyone out there a great and happy holiday season and "Merry Christmas". Not in the religious sense, but in the "lets all be happy, its presents time!" kind of sense. Atheists like Christmas too ya know : ). So no matter who you are or what you believe in, I hope everyone is enjoying this time of year with the people they care about.

Let's try and think of those less fortunate than us, who cannot afford this holiday or cannot attend it. The poor, the homeless, the sick, the deprived, those in political crisis, and let's not forget those brave men and women who are giving their lives in various conflicts around the world. No country should have to lose its youngest members.

And on that sad note, stuff is going up, including a nice long work on the ethics of telepathic suggestion. Just hold tight!

I just put up the first eVideo! It is about my current situation as a psychic and talks about some things that I'm doing personally to change my ways. Its a good video and asks a really good question, so I hope you watch it.

I'm also going to be putting up some newer articles, including an introductory article to Skill Integration, and a 7-10 page paper on psionic ethics.

I know that the chat is slow, and the forums are really starting to lag now, but I'm trying my best to be more productive. I've heard some people around the online energy community say things like "PsiOnline is dead." and "PsiOnline doesn't do much, and really hasn't earned a spot of importance." It saddens me to see these comments, and I plan to show otherwise. I should be scheduling some type of event soon, possibly an introductory lecture on Skill Integration.

I posted a new CRV research article. The piece is actually a paper I recently typed up for class. "Challenges to Orthodoxy" is a philosophy based class that looks at things like psychics, Intelligent Design, God, and things that aren't of normal practice. It tries to ask "what is science?"

I thought I would share this quickly done work with everyone.

I updated the Articles page to reflect some changes that I'm making around the site. There is still some dust being kicked about, but PsiOnline seems to be settling fast. Google Analytics is working well and I have been using that data to track PsiOnline and see exactly what can be improved.

I've got a few new articles on the way, so check back within the next few days to see if those are up. Also look out for a new poll!

There are a few more articles coming soon as well. I'm still making some cosmetic and organizational changes to the site. One of the things that I find annoying is that when you click on a topic on the left hand navigation, the page shows the entire article. I'd prefer that to be titles only, so I'm going to see if I can get that done.

Thanks for putting up with the move! Also, if you know of anyone who has bookmarked the old pages, or you see links to the old pages, please point them in the right direction, because those pages are being deleted soon.

Due to some recent events, I've moved to a BlogSpot server with a blog-style content management system. I'm currently in the process of updating, so excuse some dust while I get everything settled. I apologize for not giving everyone the updates that I had promised. A lot of this has to do with college, but the technical back end has also had an effect. On the brinkster server it was very difficult for me to put up updates due to my arrangements. Not only that, but I had to manually update the "database" myself, which was very time consuming. I've moved to Blogger in an attempt to make publishing updates a lot easier, and giving the community a chance to comment on individual things.

I am currently working on uploading all of the content into this new blog format, and I will be adding a few new features to the website as well. The Forums are still open for everyone to use and have not changed. Hopefully this will push PsiOnline into the "Web 2.0" age of RSS feeds and all that jazz.
